Hamster Wheel

I take a lot from Shena's enthusiasm. A little while back she came to me with a washing machine she wanted to try.

It went from bird, whipped through to dish on hands, transferred into a throne on feet and popped with a hand2hand connection back to bird.

It's a nice little flow, but to the perfectionist in me it felt clunky and didn't flow naturally. So we took the pop out!

It requires co-ordinated movement and timing.

The flyer needs to first sit up, then actively bring the legs back while leaving the head high.

I have not found any male flyers wanting top try this!!!
