Self practice is a wonderful thing, that I endeavour to support as best I can.

Once you are signed up as a member of the site, you can access some of my old classes to practice whenever it is suits you.

I also have a 5 Tibetan Timer which suggests a meditative 6 second breathing rhythm to help you with your practice.
