Thanks 🙏🏻 I get incredibly tired afterwards but seem to be okay at the time so I need to be rather careful. I’m intending to come to the Wednesday evening yoga class but just for 10 or 15 minutes tops

Just to let you know that I found your notes invaluable Bennie. I wanted a slow vinyasa class with sun salutations and all I had to do was look at your sheet and I was able to find it 😊 I did 10 minutes and I’m wiped out. But it felt l so good to be doing that….

Thanks, Bennie. This is useful for people like me who are not too familiar with the different yoga terms and which movements they imply. Just a personal comment on the "long holds and letting go" - I find this session useful after a period of absence from doing yoga , to help the body limber up before starting Jesse's classes again.

Thanks Bennie I've looked at the classes a bit and just now at your comments. Not thought of classifying it like you do but it gives a nice touch. Rachelle xx

Correction “I’ve not really looked at his recorded classes

Thanks Benny but I have so many lesson plans back to 15 years ago I don’t think I’ll have time to review make comments. I useto plan lessons but now I just have a theam and tend to get a feel of a ckass and run with it but still always take a plan as a back up. I’ve noticed really looked at his recorded classes except one of his HS but a nice idea for people who do to refer to re contents xxxx
