Do you want to balance your handstand? This is a simple challenge, with just a few simple rules. 1) Jump, Tuck, Straddle, Pike, or Kick up to handstand in the middle of the room. No wall, no spotters... Come down safely. 2) You need to do a little every day for 30 consecutive days (minimum 10 tries - hold as long as you can up to 1 minute). 3) It doesn't matter how good or bad the attempts are, they all count. 4) There's a short daily journal to complete. 5) Post your breakthroughs & tag my social media Instagram - jesse.acro Balance is something we can train. A common problem is that we are scared to go up without the safety of a wall or spotter. If this is you, keep the jumps smaller and on the safe side, remember point 3 and observe how what you feel is safe subtly change over the course of trying everyday. Another common problem is that it's fine going up, but I can't find the balance. If this is the case, you need to analyse which way you are consistently falling over and try to make small adjustments to get it wrong differently.
