Service Description

These classes can also be done without weights, using just the weight of our body. I would suggest using a weight that is approximately 1/8th of your bodyweight. If you are not sure, use less weight. We will often try the pose without weights first, and then retry the pose with some additional weight after. This is a great way to become strong within our posture, and to feel where we are not engaging or sleeping within our posture. As we become stronger and comfortable with the weights, they can become a wonderful assistant to unlocking our flexibility too. Ideal weights to use would be a kettlebell, or a dumbell. However, you can use anything or nothing.
