Typical Week at a Glance Timetable is detailed below

Tuesday 10am - Yoga with weights - I like to use kettlebells. Use lighter or heavier to make practice gentler/stronger

Tuesday 11am - 5 Tibetans - Walk through of this great practice. 21 mins of breathing moving brilliance

Tuesday 11.30am - Shiva Nata - Exploration of Arms and Leg variations that removes all blindspots in movement

Tuesday 6pm - Yoga - Typically a Vinyasa Flow kind of thing Jesse style, strong & gentle.

Thursday 7am - Yoga - Gentler class, often starting slowly sitting on the floor

Thursday 6pm - Handstands - Handstands at home can be tricky as we often don't have space. I mostly watch and suggest drills often using walls/doors/chairs depending on what is available.
