Jesse attended the 2nd ever AcroYoga teacher training and has been teaching & performing ever since. Erica is a senior AcroYoga teacher, leading immersions & courses around the world. In this workshop they will share some dynamic flows and explore tricks involving throwing & catching the flyers.
