Exploring the basics of dynamic acrobatics.
Be prepared to participate in teamwork.
We will safely learn to throw and catch, lift, carry, move together, hold shape etc.
All the skills that will make you an effective spotter in all of your acro practice, allowing us to fly higher and base with more confidence.
